Design feedback, fabrication, and support when robot builds get real.
Velan was a great help to our team throughout the drivetrain prototyping process. He reviewed our CAD designs, offered thoughtful suggestions, and patiently helped us identify and correct mistakes along the way. He also laser-cut the parts we needed to bring our designs to life. His guidance and willingness to work with us made the entire process a valuable learning experience. We really appreciated his support!
The PrecisionCore team was a huge help as we prepared for our regional championship! When we realized our robot needed side plates to improve its defensive capabilities, they worked patiently with our team to refine the design and CNC-machine the parts. Their quick turnaround ensured we had the components ready in time for the competition. We really appreciate their support, responsiveness, and willingness to help our team succeed. Thank you, PrecisionCore!
04 / OUR STORY
Precision Core Fabrication began as a DECA project and grew into a small venture run by the BeaverBots team. Velan co-founded it to put engineering and manufacturing skills to work for other robotics teams and customers.
Velan leads design and manufacturing, provides CAD consulting, and creates custom robot components and business signs. He is an Onshape Certified Associate, bringing design decisions into the real-world demands of producing usable parts.
Seasonal counts may include returning teams.
05 / THE PROCESS
Tell us what you need, where it fits, and any deadline or constraints.
We review your CAD or help turn a concept into a manufacturable model.
We choose the right fabrication approach and create the part or sign.
READY TO GET SPECIFIC?
A sketch is enough to begin. If you have them, share a CAD or print file, rough dimensions, quantity, material or finish preferences, and when you need it.
06 / GOOD TO KNOW
Here are a few things to know before sending a project. We’ll confirm the details that matter for your specific design.
Ask about your projectThat’s okay. Send a sketch, measurements, photos of where the part will fit, or a description of what it needs to do. Velan can help with CAD and 3D modeling.
A link to a CAD model, drawing, DXF, STEP, STL, or 3MF file can help us review a project. Include dimensions, quantity, material or finish preferences, and your target date when possible. We’ll confirm the fabrication approach after reviewing the design.
Yes. Robotics components are a focus of the venture. Tell us the game or robot context, mounting points, fit constraints, and how the part will be used.
Yes. Share your logo or text, intended size, where the sign will go, and the look you want. We can discuss design and fabrication options from there.
Both depend on the design, quantity, materials, and finishing needs. Send the project details for review; we’ll discuss scope and timing before work begins.
07 / LET’S BUILD
Tell us about your robot component, prototype, or sign. A few details are enough to get the conversation started.
